We all know how irritating and painful can be an acne issue. Especially for teenagers and youngster. No matter, how many face packs you try to get acne free skin, sometimes nothing works on it.
So in this article, let’s discuss about this Acne problem, and a simple technique to get rid of it.
Cause :
Basically, each pore of our skin is the opening to a follicle. The follicle is made up of a hair and a sebaceous (oil) gland. The Oil gland releases sebum (oil), which travels up the hair, out of the pore, and onto your skin.
So, that means when the pores of our skin become blocked with oil, dead skin, or bacteria, they result into Acne.
However, it can be cured through medical treatments also, still people at first try to treat this at home through some home remedies. And off course, if a problem can be solved with just some little efforts at home, than why not?
First :
The first thing you can do is, have a detoxifying drink, at first in the morning. Just take a glass full of lukewarm water, add 1 spoon ( normal spoon that we use in our kitchen ) full of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix this all together and drink sip by sip.
This drink can induce skin cells to detox and force out impurities and sweat which are clogging pores. Hence, this can be helpful to get acne free skin.
However, if you don’t want to have this lemon water in an empty stomach, you can also drink only lukewarm water with 1 spoon honey. That’s too very beneficial.
Second :
Start using a toner after face wash. As toner helps to close those pores who get open after face wash. And leaving pores open can really be not good. So, start using a non alcohol base skin toner. You can use rose water too as toner.
Third :
Control your coffee and other caffeine related intake. Coffee and other caffeine related products contains chemical properties that boost the stress hormones which tend to increase our calorie intake, which triggers acne.
Fourth :
A study links a diet high in dairy or sugar to higher rates of acne. So, avoid dairy and sugar in favor of a high-fiber diet with omega-3 fatty acids can help you get a smooth, acne free face.
Fifth :
Steaming once in a week or in 10 days can open up your pores, making them clean deeply. As we have already discussed that clogged pore causes acne, therefore making your pore clean can help to reduce those acne. But make sure, you don’t over do or over steam your face, otherwise it can make your acne worse too. So keep remember, to use steam only once in a week.
Just heat some water, add 2-3 drops of Tea Tree oil, now take the steam for about 7-10 minutes, wash your face with some cold or normal water as it will help in closing those open pores.
After that, you can use some water base moisturizer or Aloe vera Gel to your face.
