Now, in this article we will discuss about some self precautions & home remedies for better liver functioning.

Firstly, let’s see some Self precautions For better liver function :

Reduce Alcohol :

If you drink alcohol excessively, each time your liver has to filter it, and during this filtering process some of the liver cells die.However, the liver can develop new cells, but in long run it reduces its ability to regenerate, causing some permanent and serious damage to your liver.

Avoid Crash Diets for weight loss :

Maintaining a healthy weight, is much needed. But off course, Not at the cost of your health. Now a days, people think they can have whatever they want, and suddenly a crash course diet will work well to control their weight or fat loss. Loosing 1/2 kg – 1 kg of weight per week is okey, but do avoid those products and diet plan that promise large amount of weight loss in an unrealistically short period of time. Healthy diet plan will help reducing weight loss, without burdening or putting pressure over your liver.

Regular Blood Test :

Blood test is a great helpful way to keep an eye on the levels of cholesterol and glucose in your blood, all of which are associated with fatty liver disease.

Get yourself aware of drug safety :

Now a days people get information regarding there various health issues & also the medication. And are totally unaware of its side effects. By treating your own health problems, with consulting any doctor, people put there lives and liver health also at risk, as liver is the only one, which is vulnerable to the toxic consequences of self-medication.

Exercise Regularly :

Including regular exercise with the balanced diet can actually help you and your liver, to burn triglycerides for free fuel and can also reduce fat.

Secondly, let’s talk about some common home remedies or foods to detoxify your liver :
